Solat PK Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Introduction

Welcome to Solat PK — an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for players in Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that apply to every person who registers, accesses, or uses any part of the Solat PK platform, including sports betting, casino, live casino, bingo, esports, and all bonus or promotion features.

Please read these Terms carefully before you create an account or place a bet. The moment you register with Solat PK or use any feature of the platform, you are indicating that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If any part of these Terms is unclear, contact our support team before proceeding.

These Terms are written in plain Pakistan English so they are as easy to understand as possible. Legal language has been kept to a minimum, but the obligations on both sides are fully in force regardless of the style in which they are written.

2. Eligibility

To open and use a Solat PK account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Solat PK does not permit underage use under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual, using your own real identity and payment details — not on behalf of another person.
• You must not already hold an active Solat PK account. Each player is permitted one account only.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Solat PK employee where that relationship creates a conflict of interest.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily, with full understanding that gaming involves financial risk.

Solat PK reserves the right to request identity verification at any point to confirm eligibility. If a player is found to be underage at any point, their account will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported as required.

3. Your Account

Each player at Solat PK is permitted to hold exactly one account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or by accident — are not allowed and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Registration

When you register, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. If any registered information changes — for example, if you switch your primary mobile wallet — please update your account or contact support promptly.

Account Security

Your login credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. Solat PK will never ask for your full password via support, email, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately and your account can be temporarily locked while the situation is reviewed.

All activity carried out using your login credentials is considered your responsibility. This includes bets placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested. If someone else accesses your account because you shared your credentials or left yourself logged in on a shared device, Solat PK cannot reverse transactions completed during that period.

Account Currency

All Solat PK accounts are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Balances, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are all expressed and processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion applied to your account at any stage.

4. Deposits & PKR Payments

Solat PK accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. All deposits must originate from a payment account that belongs to the registered player — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your Solat PK balance within seconds. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the processing time of your financial institution. Solat PK does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with them directly.

Minimum Deposit

A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. This minimum may differ depending on the payment method selected and any active promotion that requires a specific deposit threshold. Always check the current minimum before initiating a transaction.

Failed or Incomplete Deposits

If a deposit is deducted from your payment account but does not appear in your Solat PK balance within a reasonable timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate the same deposit twice before checking with support, as duplicate transactions can cause delays.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. You may only withdraw to an account or wallet registered in your own name matching the details on your Solat PK account.

Processing Times

Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. VIP-tier players benefit from faster withdrawal processing as part of the programme benefits.

Withdrawal Requirements

• Your account identity must be verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus balance must meet its wagering requirement before the associated winnings can be withdrawn — see the Bonuses section for full details.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals requested from bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirement will be declined until those requirements are met.

Withdrawal Verification

For security purposes, Solat PK may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or larger amounts. This is standard practice and is intended to protect both the player and the platform. Requested documents typically include a copy of a CNIC and a screenshot or confirmation of the payment account details.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Solat PK offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback deals, and event-specific promotions tied to cricket fixtures including PSL matches and international T20 series. Each promotion operates under its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion details. Always check this before claiming a bonus.

Eligible Games and Sections

Not all games or betting sections contribute equally to meeting a wagering requirement. Sports bets may contribute differently from casino slots, and live casino tables may have a different contribution rate again. The eligible sections and their contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the time they are credited to your account. If the wagering requirement is not completed within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your balance. Expiry dates are shown in your account bonus section.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player — it cannot be claimed again after account verification is complete.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Solat PK reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice, though changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including through coordinated group betting, arbitrage, or multi-account exploitation — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The Solat PK sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL franchise markets and Pakistan international fixtures), football, esports, and other sports as listed on the platform. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed, unless a manifest error in the odds has occurred.

Bet Acceptance

Placing a bet is an offer to bet at the displayed odds. Solat PK reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion. Bets are only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference. Do not assume a bet has been accepted until confirmation is received.

Match Abandonment and Void Bets

If a cricket match, PSL fixture, or other sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered, Solat PK will apply the rules as stated in the specific market terms for that event. In most cases, voided bets result in the stake being returned to your account balance. In-play bets already settled before abandonment are generally not reversed.

Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event of a clear and obvious error in published odds — for example, a price that is significantly out of line with the market due to a technical fault — Solat PK reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets.

Maximum Payout

Maximum single bet payout limits apply across all sports betting markets. These limits are shown on the betting slip before confirmation and may vary by sport, market type, and account tier. VIP players may be eligible for higher payout limits as part of their tier benefits.

8. Casino & Live Casino

All casino games — including slots, table games, and live dealer titles — available on Solat PK use certified random number generation (RNG) or live-streamed real dealer environments. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are set by the game provider and are available in the game information panel within each title.

Live casino tables operate 24 hours a day. Table limits — minimum and maximum bet per hand or spin — are displayed on the table selection screen before you enter. Solat PK makes no guarantee of table availability at all times, as tables may briefly pause for dealer changeovers or technical maintenance.

Disconnections During Gameplay

If your connection is interrupted mid-game in a casino slot or live table session, Solat PK systems will complete the round based on the game outcome as recorded server-side. If a round cannot be completed due to a platform-side technical fault, the bet amount will be returned to your balance. Player-side connection issues are outside our control and do not automatically entitle a player to a refund.

9. Player Conduct

Players are expected to use Solat PK fairly, honestly, and in the spirit for which the platform is intended — personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening more than one account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain — including in casino games, odds displays, or bonus mechanics.
• Participating in match-fixing, organised bet manipulation, or any form of coordinated wagering intended to abuse promotions or the odds system.
• Using payment accounts that do not belong to you to fund your Solat PK account.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing platform staff or other users via any support or communication channel.

Solat PK uses transaction monitoring and pattern analysis to identify conduct that falls outside normal player behaviour. If unusual activity is detected, your account may be temporarily restricted pending a review. You will be notified of any restriction via the contact details registered on your account.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Solat PK reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension include — but are not limited to — confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspicious payment activity, or a player's own request to close their account for responsible gaming reasons.

Player-Initiated Closure

If you wish to close your account, contact support and your account will be deactivated. Any remaining real-money balance (i.e., funds not subject to an incomplete wagering requirement) will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances and pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Platform-Initiated Suspension

Where an account is suspended due to a Terms violation, Solat PK will review the case and communicate the outcome to the registered contact. If a violation is confirmed, balances derived from the prohibited activity will be forfeited. Deposits of real funds not implicated in the violation may be returned at Solat PK's discretion following review.

11. Limitation of Liability

Solat PK provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and that odds, game outcomes, and account data are accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, Solat PK is not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical faults, or maintenance periods that were outside our reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or banking institutions.
• Bets placed or casino games played based on incorrect information provided by the player.
• Losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials or failing to log out on a shared device.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind arising from platform use.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Responsible Gaming

Solat PK is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment — not a way to generate income or recover financial losses. The following principles form the basis of our approach to responsible gaming:

• The platform is for adults aged 18 and over only. There are no exceptions.
• Set a personal deposit and loss budget before you start any session, and stick to it regardless of how the session goes.
• Take regular breaks. The platform will always be here — there is no urgency that justifies extending a session beyond your comfort level.
• If you feel that your gaming is becoming habitual rather than recreational, use the self-exclusion and limit-setting tools available in your account.
• Never gamble while under the influence of substances that impair your judgement.

Players who wish to take a break or self-exclude can do so via their account settings or by contacting support. A self-exclusion can be applied immediately and will prevent any login for the duration of the exclusion period. 13. Changes to These Terms

Solat PK reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact information held on their account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the platform following notification of a Terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any real-money balance in your account at that point will be returned to your verified payment method in PKR.

Minor updates — such as clarifications of existing rules, corrections of typographical errors, or formatting changes — may be made without formal notification. The substance of your rights and obligations will not be changed through minor updates without prior notice.
